Rates are in exchange for the quality time & entertainment as an artistic expression offered by the model & entertainer depicted throughout the site, Beverly Lamour. The rates are NOT a payment for illegal services & cannot be negotiated. This Site does not endorse or solicit illegal activity of any kind.

DEPOSITS

A 15% deposit is requested from all new clients in order to secure a booking with the model Beverly Lamour. FMTY deposits are 50%.

CANCELLATIONS

Orlando & Tampa: 
48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee and deposit may be applied to a future date (12 months expiration)
24-48 hours notice: 25% cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee (must be paid in full before the model Beverly Lamour can accept additional requests)

FMTY:
7+ days notice: No cancellation fee and deposit (less outlaid expenditures e.g. booked flights) may be applied towards a future date (12 months expiration)
Less than 7 days notice: 50% cancellation fee

Sponsored Tours: 
7+ days notice: prepayment (less travel fee) may be applied to a future date (12 months expiration)
Less than 7 days notice: 100% cancellation fee

Failure to abide by Beverly Lamour’s policies may result in submission to national blacklist databases.

The images on the Beverly Lamour Site are intended for individual use only. Any other use or reproduction, digital or conventional, without the express written consent from Beverly Lamour, is strictly prohibited. Violators will be pursued & prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All Content therein is protected by federal copyright laws and is protected under treaty provisions and worldwide copyright laws. Content contained in any part of the Site may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted, uploaded or downloaded in any way without the prior written consent and permission of Beverly Lamour. User acknowledges that Beverly Lamour is not responsible for the content of any such linked site or any link contained in a linked site.

In consideration of User’s access to or use of the Site, the User agrees to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the User as prompted by the Beverly Lamour’s screening methods, or any other questionnaire or information input format, which requests information from or about User, and (b) maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

User agrees not to transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, pornographic, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

User agrees that User must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with the use of or access to any Content, including Content posted to the Site by Beverly Lamour. User acknowledges and agrees that Beverly Lamour may preserve Content and may also disclose Content (including without limitation, information submitted for the booking & screening process) if required to do so by law or if Beverly Lamour believes that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the Terms of Service; (c) protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Site or Beverly Lamour, its Users or the public.
